Babbu Mann is a well established Indian Punjabi pop singer, actor, lyricist, composer and playback singer. Mann is an alumnus of Punjab University, Chandigarh. His first album, Tu meri Miss India (1999) was a moderate hit.
His second album Saun Di Jhadi (T-Series, India) was an absolute hit. His last album Mittran Di Chhatri (T-Series, India) released in May 2005 was a huge success. The album earned him a lot of fame.
Recently he has established himself as a dominent actor in punjabi films also. He got into movie production also with his latest punjabi film “Hashar” which had pulled many punjabi youngsters to the cinema halls and proved to be a big success.
